Pre-order stuffed Turkey breast roast wrapped in bacon ~ 2kg

We’ve taken the prep work out of your Christmas feast with a single Turkey Breast stuffed with our homemade Cranberry and Pistachio Stuffing wrapped in streaky bacon available now for pre-order.

This single turkey breast (one only) is stuffed and rolled, and wrapped in bacon then tied so it keeps it’s shape while cooking.

Our rolled Turkey Breast is a great option if you are looking for an alternative to a large whole turkey. It’s easy to carve and is the perfect centrepiece for your Christmas table.

The stuffing contains a delicious combination of pistachios, cranberries, thyme and zest.

We estimate that a Single Rolled Breast (minimum 2kg) will serve 6-8.

Cook for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees. Cook covered in foil for the first hour then remove foil and baste with butter every 10 mins for further 30 mins. Rest for 20 mins. Based on 2kg Breast Roll.
