The boxes will be personally delivered on a monthly basis from our farm to your door, meaning the process from paddock to plate is entirely traceable. From the Southern Highlands to Sydney and surrounding areas , enjoy every succulent morsel with confidence. You’re also welcome to collect your order from us at Mae Hill Farm and see where the magic happens.

Today, more than ever, people want to know exactly what they’re eating, where it came from and who produced it. At our family-run Mae Hill Farm, our premium grass-fed meat is from purebred heritage cattle, sheep and pigs, all born and raised on our land.
At Mae Hill Farm, we’re passionate about preserving rare and endangered breeds.
Ancient, beautiful-looking breed renowned for its top-quality beef. Superb marbling and depth of flavour, low fat and cholesterol levels.
British White cattle
Prized for their mothering skills, tender and flavoursome meat.
Blackface Suffolk sheep
Handsome specimens known for their lean, juicy, well-textured meat.
Hampshire pigs
HAPPY ANIMALS = TASTIEST MEAT!
Farming in harmony with nature is at the heart of everything we do. All our animals are reared to the highest welfare standards. We support rotation grazing, which allows our herds to continuously chomp on lush, green Southern Highlands pasture. We believe in sustainable, chemical-free practices and eschew antibiotics, so you can trust that our meat is totally hormone-free. We also raise Araucana, Ancona and Light Sussex chickens and offer an array of flavoursome eggs.
