Delivery
Customers within a 20km radius will not incur a delivery fee.
Mae Hill Farm offers a flat rate of $10 of all other deliveries.
We are a working farm, so if you would like to visit us to collect your order please remember to give us a call beforehand to arrange.
You will be contacted a week prior to the delivery of goods to make suitable arrangements.
We deliver to most parts of Sydney except the North at this present moment. If you are outside of this zone, please get in contact with us at frances@maehillfarm.com.au with your suburb and we will see what we can do.
We use Chilltainer thermal boxes with 1kg frozen gel packs to keep your order chilled. We will also leave your box in a shady spot. At the checkout, please leave delivery instructions of where to place your delivery.

We deliver to apartments, however please leave detailed instructions on where to leave your box. If there are no instructions, your box will be placed in the foyer of your building or on the front door step (depending on building access). Please ensure we have easy access to the front door.
MAE HILL FARM DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
If your delivery address needs to be altered once your order is placed, please email us ASAP at frances@maehillfarm.com.au and we will do our best to get your order delivered to the new address. Mae Hill Farm accepts no responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect address due to customer error.
Mae Hill Farm accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any orders once they have been delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a secure location where your box can be left, should you not be home.
Customers must get in contact with us via email frances@maehillfarm.com.au within 24 hours if they have received an incorrect order. Mae Hill Farm will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation by either replacing the meat products or offering store credit for your next order.
Failure to comply with these policies can result in no meat product replacement or store credit.
Mae Hill Farm may make changes to this policy at any time. Our website will be updated and this policy should be reviewed by customers frequently.
Customers are required to cancel their order within 3 hours of purchasing.
