Pork belly 'Porchetta' with fig, walnuts & herbs - 1.5kg

Our Mae Hill Farm Porchetta is hand tied and generously stuffed with fig, walnut, parsley, fennel and sage. 

We leave a good layer of fat under the skin and score it finely to make sure you get the very best crackling.

Our pork is all grown on our farm, free range and pasture fed.
For the perfect crackling every time remove the Porchetta from the fridge an hour before you would like to cook and cover with a layer of salt to remove the moisture.

1.5kg feeds 5 - 6 people.
