Mae Hill Farm salami - Spicy southern Italian


Mae Hill Farm salami is a traditional salami that is extremely rich in flavour. Made using Mae Hill Farm free range pork and produced in Sydney. The casings are filled and hand tied into our signature cacciatore shape and left to naturally air dry for a minimum of 4 weeks. Available in 3 flavours.

Each packet contains 2 salami sticks, with a total weight of approx 260grams.

Cacciatore calabrese salami (Spicy southern Italian) the recipe is spicy in flavour in a natural casing. Deep red in colour with a peppery aroma it is characterised by blends of chilli, herbs, spices and black pepper.
