Mae Hill Farm salami is a traditional salami that is extremely rich in flavour. Made using Mae Hill Farm free range pork and produced in Sydney. The casings are filled and hand tied into our signature cacciatore shape and left to naturally air dry for a minimum of 4 weeks. Available in 3 flavours.
Each packet contains 2 salami sticks, with a total weight of approx 260grams.
Finocchiona salami (Fennel & garlic) the recipe is mild in flavour in a natural casing. Burgundy in colour and characterised by blends of garlic, fennel seeds and salt.
